Duties & Responsibilities
- Weekly client interactions by email/phone
- Strategic plan development (via DMS Strategy Made Simple model)
- Milestones and timeline of performance
- Provisioning in-house consulting resources to execute against the strategy (technology, web development, graphic design, etc.)
- Project-based compensation will be based on experience and skill level in the following areas:
- Marketing Tasks
- Graphic Design
- Web Development
- Technology +Automation
- Google Workspace
- Project management systems and methodologies
- Online Learning Systems (ex. Kajabi, LifterLMS, Teachable)
- Email Marketing (ex. ActiveCampaign, Convertkit, etc.)
- Automation tools
Available during DMS Business Hours (M-F 9am – 7pm EST, Sat 9am -6pm EST closed on Sunday and any major holidays).
- Minimum 3 month commitment per project
- At least 6 years marketing, design, and technology experience with client-facing roles
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Human centered design/UX approach
